With only two days to go until the start of the MiKH Open Studio Art trail, we thought you’d like a little taste of some of the art work you can see over the weekend ahead.
Showing at Silversoles Studio at 129 Hazelhurst Road this year will be Jewellers Miranda Sharpe and Rita Patel, Ceramic artist Melanie Keevil, , Feltmaker Emma Jackson (Silversoles) and Monobrows designs.
Painter Sam Weeks will be showcasing her paintings with MiKH for the first time this year at 29 Brentford Road while sculptor Tom Millard is returning to exhibit his sculptures from his home studio at 21 Tenbury Road.
Showcasing their work alongside Giles Hughes of Circa-Arts this year for the first time are mixed media artist Claudeine TS Art and encaustic artist The Attic Art Studio All three artists will be exhibiting at the Kitchen Garden, York Road off Kings Heath High Street. You’ll find them in The Shed and the Kitchen Garden Gallery Shop.
Come along and support your local artists over the Made in Kings Heath Open Studio Art Trail weekend, where you can enjoy some festive nibbles & mulled wine and enjoy a warm & friendly welcome.
