New Venues for Made in Kings Heath 2017

We have finalized the 2017 line up of artists and designer makers for Made in Kings Heath and are very excited to announce that this year we will be showcasing thirteen artists across three venues!

I think you’ll agree the success of the event is reflected in its steady growth.  In addition to our original home at Silversoles Studio on Hazelhurst Road, last year we expanded to

include three more artists in the Livingstone Road home of ceramic artist Katie Robbins. Katie will be opening her home once more, in addition to opening her home ceramic studio for tours.  This year we are delighted to have printmaker Ruth Green on board, and she will be hosting five artists at her home studio on Featherstone Road.

Silversoles Studio – 129 Hazelhurst Road: Emma Jackson – Silversoles (feltmaker), Melanie Keevil (ceramics), Sarah Hazell (knitwear) & Monobrow (product designer).

KT Robbins Ceramics Studio – 64 Livingstone Road: Katie Robbins (ceramics), Emma Hardicker (prints & textiles), Rita Patel (jewellery) & Miranda Sharpe (jewellery).

Ruth Green Designs Studio – 3 Featherstone Road: Ruth Green (prints), Sue Bibby (embroidery), Clare Wainwright (stainglass), Giles Hughes (mixed media & painting), Sara Fowles (knitwear).
